1. Faulty or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure that all parts and accessories supplied are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within a reasonable period, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) and equivalent legislation in the Republic of Ireland.

2. Returns for Non-Faulty Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you have ordered the wrong item, no longer need the item, or have changed your mind. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.

• Once inspected, if the item is confirmed faulty, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund.
